The buyer or recipient must inform us of any damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving the goods. For customers claiming missing items or damaged products, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. The customer is required to share the complete video with us via email at hello@unboxedgifts.in

9. Refund for the damage and missing product:
Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will inform you regarding the verification of the damaged product, and the refund will be processed from our end within 24 to 48 hours, and it will be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.

We may refuse orders, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate account information. Review our Returns Policy for more details.
