Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All Non-Customised orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Orders that includes any sort of customisation cannot be cancelled in any circumstances.

·       Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

·       Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

·       Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Important Notes

·       Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or out for delivery.

·       We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with our policy.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY: 

Exchange requests will be considered solely for products that are received by the customer in a damaged or incorrect condition.

The buyer or recipient must inform us of any damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving the goods. For customers claiming missing items or damaged products, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. The customer is required to share the complete video with us via email at hello@unboxedgifts.in

 

REFUND FOR THE DAMAGE AND MISSING PRODUCTS: 

Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will inform you regarding the verification of the damaged product, and the refund will be processed from our end within 24 to 48 hours, and it will be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.
